FAQ & Customs

Here are some frequently asked questions and information regarding customs. If you have a question that is not answered here, please reach out.

Customs

I am currently accepting custom orders! If you're interested in creating a custom piece, feel free to send me an email or message me on any of my social media platforms. We’ll chat about stones, designs, and bring your vision to life. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to begin, which will go toward the final price of your piece. Customs turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. If needed before this time frame, that can be discussed. An additional fee may apply.

I will also have you digitally sign a contract stating that you agree to the terms of a custom piece. This ensures we’re on the same page about design details, timelines, and responsibilities before I begin working on your jewelry. It helps protect both of us and keeps the process smooth and transparent!

Elk Ivory Customs

Have some elk ivories you’d love to turn into jewelry? You’re in the right place! The same guidelines listed in my custom order section apply. Before I can accept your ivories, I do require a signed waiver—this simply protects both of us in case anything were to happen to your ivories during the creation process.

Do I take returns?

I do not accept returns. Due to the handmade nature of my items, all sales are final. Once you’ve committed to and purchased a piece, it is no longer my responsibility. If your jewelry breaks after purchase, please refer to the “Repairs & Warranty”  section for more information on how I may be able to help.

Repairs & Warranty

I do not offer repairs on jewelry made by other artists, as it’s too risky without knowing how the piece was originally constructed. If you’ve purchased a piece from me and something happens, please reach out and send photos so I can assess the damage.
Damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
I take pride in creating quality, lasting jewelry—so if a repair is possible, I’ll do my best to help. However, some damages simply cannot be fixed.
