Custom Orders
I am currently accepting custom orders. To inquire, please contact me via email or through my official social media platforms. All design details, materials, pricing, and timelines must be approved before production begins.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required before any work will commence and will be applied toward the final purchase price. No exceptions.
Custom orders have an estimated 4–6 week turnaround time. Expedited requests are not guaranteed and, if approved, may incur additional fees.
All custom clients must digitally sign a custom order contract prior to production. Once approved and signed, all sales are final, and changes are not guaranteed.
Elk Ivory Custom Orders
Elk ivory custom orders are accepted under the same terms as standard custom orders.
A signed waiver is required before any elk ivories are accepted. By signing, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with working with natural materials and releases the artist from liability for loss, damage, or unforeseen issues during the creation process.
Ivories will not be accepted without a signed waiver.
Shipping & Lost Packages
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or issues caused by the postal service.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery, including packages stolen from mailboxes, porches, or shared delivery locations. Once delivery is confirmed, the order is considered fulfilled and out of my hands.
If a package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. I will provide shipping information upon request but am not responsible for carrier-related losses.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This includes custom and non-custom items.
Custom order deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of cancellation, delays, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
Repairs & Warranty
I do not offer repairs on jewelry made by other artists.
If a piece purchased from me becomes damaged, you may contact me with clear photos for evaluation. Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
The following are NOT covered:
Normal wear and tear
Improper care or misuse
Accidental damage
Alterations or repairs performed by another party
Due to the handmade nature of my work, some damage cannot be repaired, and I am not responsible for damage occurring after purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed above. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting me may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.
